Refund Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you may deposit the payment amount into your account or change to other items.
Any point cards, Gift cards and game direct top-ups purchased are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Any game top up that has been credited is final and not refundable once delivered. Online Gamers shall not be liable for any gift cards or other digital goods that have been stolen, misplaced or misused without authorisation. For the avoidance of doubt, Online Gamers has no obligation to check or verify when the gift cards are redeemed, provided that such gift cards
have been properly obtained.
Refunds:
Unauthorized payments have been confirmed and that your order must not be delivered.
We are unable to fulfill your order and a refund will do.
Late refunds (if applicable):
If you are yet to get a refund, please check your payment bank account or the respective
payment service provider, and despite having done all of this you still haven’t received the
refund, please check with our Customer Support.
